Mesh charm family silver

Hi im sorry but ive become a little disappointed with my mesh bracelet in memory of my beloved husband who passed unexpectedly march 31, i have had 2 occasions when the side of the mesh bracelet has become sharp , the second time its quite bad & catching on everything, im not rough with my jewellery so i dont understand how this has happened,the strap actually has a slight twist, today i came to sit on the sofa & saw a silver heart lying there, i hadnt missed it but its come off one of the last charms i actually bought recently , i was hoping to keep adding to the bracelet until it was full but with the sharp part sticking out it wont be possible now, are there any different styles that the charms will fit on at all that i can purchase please?

I love my bracelet, the charm selection let me pick ones that tell my story! I wish they had a cross charm, but I really love all the choices and especially name charms. ❤️
