I LOVE these headphones

There’s something about $500-$1000 headphones that make me super happy. Not so cheap that it’s obvious things are being missed and left aside but not so expensive that I feel like I need to baby them. These do something others don’t. I can feel the sounds from time to time. Feel. A visceral experience. This is why I lean into headphones over two channel. I love these so much/

Great Sound Quality and Ergonomics.

Great sound quality. You need to run the headphones for about 20 hours and they tighten up with great base and air. No slam but very tight. Great vocals and clarity. This compact portable full size headphone is amazing how this headset folds to a very compact size for travel and includes a very small well made protective case. I went for the upgraded VIVO cables which are outstanding. I took off one star only because of my large ears - they rub the inside of the pads when I move my head.

Not what I expected

Out of the box, I did not expect these headphones to require a lot of power so a dac/amp is recommended. Build quality is good, nice clarity, loss of some microdynamics with the filters, and a bit bright in terms of sound. Kind of a dead sounding headphone even with the elevated bass, but I sort of enjoy it. Sound is subjective so this headphone might not be for everyone.
