Wrong product scent, but quickly fixed!
I ordered Audace along with a couple other cologne samples. Audace smelled rather different from the description and previous, smaller sample of Audace I had ordered. I contacted customer service, and a replacement was offered immediately, no further questions asked. Though I am of course bummed about the mixup, the quick action to fix the issue more than makes up for it. I will be using ScentSplit again!
