Baccarat Rouge 540 EDP - Travel Spray

It was awesome I was able to try this perfume. It was everything and more than I expected. The scent is amazing. I am a Chanel 5 gal for years. This may be my next go to.

I understand that your general policy is that travel sprays and decants are final sale. However, this isn’t just a case of me not liking the scent. The Baccarat Rouge 540 travel spray I received is extremely weak to the point of being almost unscented. Both I and another person tested it on skin and clothes, at normal and heavy spray amounts, and we could barely smell anything. I have tried Baccarat Rouge 540 from store testers before, and it is known for very strong projection and longevity, so this decant is clearly not performing like a normal, authentic bottle. Because of that, I believe this specific travel spray may be defective, degraded, or misfilled, and therefore not what I reasonably expected when I paid for it. Given your claims of 100% authentic fragrances and customer satisfaction, I’m asking you to please make an exception for this order and either: • Replace this Baccarat Rouge 540 travel spray with a new one from a different batch, or • Provide a refund or store credit.

I love the ability to get my favorite perfume in small easy to administer atomizers! And the ability to try other perfumes at little cost!
