This is a masterpiece. It really does evoke an Italian barbershop while staying clean and minimalist. Bright, fresh citrus at the top, sweet, creamy almond heart, drying down into a warm, polished wood base. Simple, elegant, and exceedingly pleasant, this “old boy” will put a smile on your face and a spring in your step. It’s a fantastic, versatile, year-round fragrance. The best take on a barbershop scent I’ve tried: classic and masculine, without the hackneyed over reliance on lavender that’s so common in this subgenre. It would make a wonderful daily driver. Pair it with an almond, citrus, or woodsy shave soap and splash, or use it when you haven’t shaved at all and just want to smell like you have. I’ve tried hundreds of fragrances, and this is in my top ten. Highest quality, perfectly blended, stellar notes. It’s a true joy to wear, from start to finish.

Great smell. Length of potency is great 6-8 hrs. Nice for an early dinner/supper even on hot days.
