I bought this for myself earlier in the year, and my daughter who was visiting recently loved it so much that I surprised her by sending it and the violet lavender as an apartment warming gift to her.

I thought I'd give this a try and am very surprised at how good it is. It is absolutely lovely in sparkling water. The scent hits first and then the taste and it is really well, kind of beautiful. My previous favorite was the Lavender and now I have two favorites. This is milder then the Lavendar and a bit sweeter but not too sweet and you can control that with the amount of pumps of it that you add to your glass. I like 2, sometimes 3, in a tall glass of ice and sparkling water, but you could certainly do 1. Far less surgar than purchased sodas, better for the environment than buying cases of cans or worse plastic bottles. I think I'll try it in warm milk or oat milk this coming winter.
