Wouldn't bother

Bought the blue raspberry flavour, tastes horrendous, zero flavour to it just extremely sour and I love sour foods and sweets. Having to put cordial into it which isn't ideal. Definitely won't be using XL again. Bought the pre work out as well and that's just as bad.

It's basic and simple. Has what I'm looking g for. Don't enjoy alone in intra need to add cordial as supposed to be peach rings flavour but it really isnt

I've been using XL products for some time now, and have been getting good results. Good quality at the right price.
