Mitalena Coffee - Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, 12 oz.

We usually get Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and Sidamo light roast beans from a local coffee place but wanted to try beans from a new place and got this along with two other kinds. All of the packages had some kind of weird cosmetic smell to it, and the beans didn’t have much aroma, almost none. I suspect that packaging might have taken all the aroma from the beans?? I almost always get light roast beans, and this is not a roasting level issue. It was my first time trying Mitalena Coffee, so I’m not sure my experience was a fluke or not.
