this would be good on ice cream

I always joke about my favorite curry pastes and spicy oils and say- this would be good on anything but ice cream! I think this chili oil might actually be good on ice cream. it's fabulous I'm in love with Thai and true products, because when I'm tired and I don't have the energy to cook a full dinner, they let me cheat and I can't tell the difference. I just heated up some of this chili oil in a wok, tossed in some of their massamun curry paste and a little hot chili crisp, and fried up some vegetables. fantastic. took less than 5 minutes and if I'd ordered it at a restaurant I wouldve been raving. you can't go wrong with thai and true. I'm a die hard supporter for life.
