my favorite red curry
I first discovered this curry while living in Oregon. I have since moved and could not find anything nearly as good here in Arizona. So I order a dozen jars every year so my Pineapple Chicken Curry is Amazing. Would love to see you expand to Arizona so I can get it locally. And please, please, please, don't change the recipe. It's spot on!
