A Real Life Saver!
So, I quit smoking, 47 days so far! Yeah me. However, I have been chewing A LOT of gum. I don't like to consume artificial sweeteners and I don't handle them well. I also found out that modern gum is basically plastic. So, I found Simply Gum. I absolutey love it! My new morning routine sans the coffee and cigarettes is coffee and some coffee flavored gum. It has become my favorite although I do order the Maple, and Mint varieties for all day chewing. I realized that I'm taking in too much sugar, but I'm not smoking and I'll start to cut back on the gum.
