Outstanding medium roast. Smooth, never bitter. My favorite blend and I have tried many blends from many roasters from many countries. Everyone I’ve served it to has the same kind of response basically saying, “Wow! This coffee is amazing!”

Really enjoying this coffee,I make it using pour over method. As I’ve tried other coffees from Methodical i have been very happy with all of them, and they will continue to be a favorite roaster in my home.

First Try - Such a GREAT Choice!

This was my first try of Methodical based on a recommendation of a friend. And it has proved an excellent recommendation! I know why this is part of your "Signature Series" as I have a feeling it tried and true and loved by many. And I, too, love it! I still brew with a Mr. Coffee (yes, old school, but it works for us!) and grind my own beans each morning and use only filtered water. I will indeed be buying this delicious, well-rounded coffee and look forward to trying more!
