Ethiopia - Guji

It all comes down to personal preference, but I’ve found T3’s roast treatment of Guji beans to be just right. Plenty of flavor and reliably consistent for espresso shots. I usually let freshly roasted shipments rest for about three days. I’ve tried a wide range of roasteries across the GTHA, but T3 stands out for their diligence and passion in bringing the best possible experience to coffee enthusiasts.

Great with milk, has a natural sweetness & the notes of sweet chocolate are a standout when freshly ground & brewed.
