love the look of the bottle, so sleek, sadly mine fell out the first day of using it and dented it pretty good on the bottom and kind of messed up the lid being able to screw on properly but they sent me a new one which they didn't have to do. That felt above and beyond, so on top of really liking the bottle itself I feel that customer service really makes this a top tier brand that id definitely recommend to people!

I hate it, ( sorry to use that word) but it’s so off balance… it’s too long… I didn’t realize I wish I would’ve purchased a different one.. nothing against the company or the service.

nice copper bottle. wish mine was little wider and less tall, falls easily. well made!
