Incrediball® Blush Smooth Hydrangea

Poor communication

I have purchased 3 hydrangeas . Two Mauvette and one blush. One of the Mauvette arrived as much smaller plant and didn’t look as good. I have planted all three. Two are growing to various degrees. The last one is not growing . I have sent 2 emails in this regard , however w didn’t receive a response. I asked for advise if this plant is dead or will it come back. I was planning on purchasing a second blush and ask if you would replace the dying Mauvette . I at this point I will count it as loss and purchase no more

It looks more like a newly rooted cutting than a healthy nursery plant. My photo clearly shows the hydrangea is extremely small, with dieback and damaged leaves.This is a real disappointment and HUGE WASTE OF MONEY.

I received the plant & am so disappointed n it!! It looks dead to me!! I will water it & see what happens but I doubt it will bounce back!!
