My plants arrived today, Drummond’s pink creeping flux, and they were in beautiful condition and the soil remained moist. It also came on time and I am very, very happy with my purchase.

'Drummond's Pink' Creeping Phlox and others
This was my second year ordering from your company, but I was very disappointed in all my plants received from your company this year. None were well packaged, with small sizes stuffed into larger containers surrounded by soil which emptied out from the pots. Not ordering from Great Garden Plants again.

Ordered Phlox, got Rosemary.
I ordered this plant and have been treating it like phlox and it has not been happy, so I took a picture to ask for advice, and was told it's not phlox, but rosemary. If I wanted rosemary, I would have ordered rosemary. Why do I get the feeling I'm not the only one who has experienced this? The next question is, what kind of rosemary is it? Come on guys, you're in the business of plants. You can do better than this.
