L Theanine helps!
I take L Theanine at bedtime. I have 1 on my bedside if I wake up and am unable to sleep. It must relax me because I fall asleep! I have also taken 1 before a very stressful event and I felt calm and sharp mentally. Great product.

I use this traveling and it takes the edge off without feeling drowsy.

Sleeping better
I’ve started taking this L-Theanine along with 5-HTP. I was already taking Magnesium Glycinate and/or Mixed Magnesium. I’m definitely sleeping more deeply…but I haven’t tried this product alone, so all I can say is that the combination is effective.
