Not the right globes

I very carefully ordered the right globes for my Sansai Night Light. I have 2 of these night lights and they are perfect for my kids, The details said they were for my model of night lite from Sansai, when they arrived the screw was too big (too large in radius), so they are not in fact for the specific model. I am not sure what to do at this stage, I will keep searching the internet I suppose and keep looking for the right globes. It is sad because Double Bay Hardware seems to be a great online store.
