Ilford HP5 Plus - 35mm Film

My go to film

I love HP5 so much. After spending a good amount of time shooting kentmere rolls the step up to HP5 is noticeable. I love it so much and it’s now my go-to film. Incredibly versatile. I normally shoot it at box speed, but I also love shooting at 1600. Recently trying pulling one stop to 200. A film that I can shoot and develop at home with 200-3600 iso range is just awesome.

Iconic

Such a great film stock, really forgiving for a beginner but will yield pro results for those a bit more experienced. There’s a reason it’s a staple in everyone’s camera bag.

Can not go wrong in the right conditions

Perfect all rounder. Have a tendency to be less efficient in too dark an area, which for a 400 film is unexpected. Can pull this film with good results Buy this for a steady go to film
