Favorite New Sun Hat

I saw a woman wearing this Broner sun hat on a recent cruise and liked the way it looked. I got permission to take a photo of her hat and ordered one when I returned home. I haven’t had an opportunity to wear it yet but loved it the minute I tried it on. It is a great addition to my collection of travel hats. It is lightweight and will pack well. I like the size of the brim that will protect my face & ears and the optional neck flap as I am prone to skin cancer.

When possible, I like supporting independently owned businesses. Better yet, I like buying from actual brick and mortar stores. And, I like speaking with real humans!!! With a little research (yeah, online), I found Mike the Hatter. Great business name. When I called to check if they had my size, the guy I spoke with was super helpful--and friendly. That's a plus. He made sure that the hat I wanted was in stock and the correct size. From there, I ordered online, my Sun-Block Bucket arrived and I've been enjoying wearing it ever since.
