Great Hat, Terrible Shipping

My husband loves his hat. And the fit is perfect for him. The only problem was in shipping. The hat was delivered is a crumbled box and the ribbon around the hat was wrinkled. BTW, there was a problem writing a review from the email. So I had to write it here on this website. Maybe that can be fixed.
