Good germination, late season with good yield
We pick them as they ripen and throw them in the freezer then do a batch of tomato sauce in fall

Fantastic tomatoes.
I planted these a few years ago and wasn’t able to get the seeds again until this year. I was so excited when I saw them again. They are expensive at $1/seed, but they’re worth every penny! The plants are heavy producers of deliciously flavourful meaty fruit, each about 5-6 inches long. I didn’t have a lot of problems with blossom end rot either, but I add lots of calcium and try to keep my plants well watered. The plants will need stakes or tall supports because they’re tall and heavy.
