These sprouts are really great to add to noodle bowls and sandwiches. Sometimes it is hard to get all the husks out but it's still very tasty.

We really enjoy these sprouts, they have a little heat from the radish sprouts and also have a beautiful colour to them as well.

Super easy to grown, was ready within a week. The texture, mix and flavor were perfect for a Sunday afternoon sandwich!
