Will survive any wet maritime winter
I have planted this kale for years. It will survive snow, ice storms, hurricane winds, and still taste good till spring, when new edible leaves appear until it starts to flower.

Prefer if you had an open pollinated variety. I do have other kales, but this is the most hardy and lasts until Dec/Jan here in Ottawa.

Long lasting and hearty
I planted this directly in my garden in the spring and the six plants a had produced enough kale for us until October!
