The best winter cold prevention for reasonable price

I have been buying this for a few years, whenever I start to feel a cold coming on, I dose up and the cold is not as severe. I fell out of the habit this year, and it really made a difference, my cold lasted much longer and was more severe. It works!!!!

Probably haven’t taken it for long enough to feel benefits but really not keen on the taste. It’s quite thick & sticks to the spoon. I mix it in with mango & passion fruit kefir (which makes it a bit more palatable but spoils the taste of the kefir!) but I find it really repeats on me. I like that it’s liposomal which is why I bought it but don’t think I’ll be buying it again☹️

Sickly Sweet

Consistency is fine but the product is sickly sweet. This needs to be unsweetened for people on keto.
