Taste bad, work great

Don't exactly taste the best, but do what they're supposed to do, especially for my needs (it turns out that due to my specific genetics, standard B-vitamins don't work for meb - I specifically require the methylated forms to process them properly).

My 'go to' B complex.

I need methylated B vitamins and I looked hard but couldn't find better - well designed formulation, best versions of ingredients and in useful amounts. I take them every day and I've been back many times now. B vits are so important, don't skimp!
