I have been taking this for several years and am very rarely ill - if I am I bounce back very quickly. I think the quality of this product definitely contributes to that. Easily tolerated.

Effective, though big to swallow

Myself and my husband have been taking these for several years. Husband takes a whole one each day, I take half. I do find them difficult to swallow as they are big (especially when cut in half so I crush them - they have a bitter taste when crushed on food).
