Wow!

Wow, this was fabulous! It was my first bar from Definite and I will absolutely be purchasing more from them in the future! I can't have dairy so am always excited when I find a non-dairy "milk" chocolate - I had to try this one. It is phenomenal. I agree with another reviewer that it tastes more like dark chocolate than the percentage would suggest, but I was actually pleased by that aspect. I had to keep myself from eating the whole bar in one sitting... but I could have.

Surprising, in a good way

First, I didn't miss the dairy at all, and I wasn't sure that would be the case. Second, I didn't expect the spices, or at least expected them to be more subtle- and they make the bar delightful. The chocolate is a bit more bitter than I expect from this percent cacao, especially with a caramelized ingredient- so that was a disappointment. I do like the almonds in it, though. And, again, the "chai like spices" are wonderfully engaging.
