These two ciders were EXCELLENT!!! Everyone I share these with, LOVES them! I have made the Mixed Berry hard cider thee times and each time I made it, my fiends couldn't say enough how much they enjoyed it. On a personal note, I have been using Nothern Brewer equipment and recipes for years...and I absolutely love it!! The support staff/brewmasters are terrfic and they are ALWAYS available to help and give good suggestions!

Mangrove Jack's + Patience = Outstanding

Fermentation took 2 weeks and I keg carbonate, so patience is key to this. I fermented at a steady 70 degrees F. Checking gravity after airlock activity has stopped is important to allow the fermentation to fully finish. Second week gravity dropped 2 points to get it right where I expected. Tasty cider!!
