Great customer service

Purchased this while on vacation in Japan as a gift for a family member back in Canada. I knew nothing about knives, but the customer service representative at the store was extremely patient and helpful walking me through all the options and accessories. He did not try to upsell me at all, and then helped me place the order for shipping online as I didn't have a checked luggage to bring it home myself. His english was quite good and I overheard other staff members able to help customers in English as well. Can't comment yet on the knife as it hasn't been used, but would definitely recommend the store in Osaka to english speakers with little knife knowledge looking to purchase an authenic japanese knife.
