Napoleon pizza mix pretty close to perfect what I found interesting at least for me I made a pizza same day as it was made and fermented the other pizza ball for one more day , found the first day pizza ball to be superior in every way , rising was excellent , good textured crust , absolutely the best pizza crust I have ever made Not sure why two day rise was less tasty , less rise for sure still good but first day rise was best for me which is good as you can at last minute make a pizza and gave it come out excellent Sauce was good but nothing special , probably will not buy that again . The pizza worx definitely a yes!
