A perfect fit thanks to padding strips

The smallest size in which this beautiful hat was available was 55cm - 1. 5cm larger than my head. It arrived inside a Lock & Co hatbox which was beautifully packed inside a large & sturdy cardboard box. The contents incuded a pair of padding strips, but even with these inserted, the hat was still too large. However, an email to the Sales department resulted in a prompt reply from Katrina, who sent me more padding strips immediately. My gorgeous hat now fits me perfectly and keeps my head snug in the chilly winter weather.
