York Fedora
I purchased this hat from the online store. I followed the guidelines for measuring to ensure I ordered the correct size. In addition, Katrina in customer service set up a video fitting. Brendan helped me with the fitting, and gave me a quick tour of the shop. They were terrific. I couldn’t be happier with the hat. It’s a beautiful piece.

Maybe I bought the wrong hat
I ordered a hat that was I though was perfect…very beautiful, but having received it, the brim is probably too narrow to balance with with my husband’s large-featured face. A useful addition to the description might be whether a hat suits a large or small head; a large or small nose, a larger or smaller person.
