Balsam Fir Essential Oil

Terrible customer service. I ordered the Wall Mount BT VineVida and it leaves a terrible residue all over the stuff that is located directly below where it is mounted and on my LVP! I’ve reached out to customer service to let them know several times (thinking maybe I got a faulty machine or something) and I heard back from Jeff stating he would escalate the matter to the correct people. Of course, I haven’t heard anything back from Jeff or anyone else now and I haven’t sent several emails. The residue has ruined my brand new Shark robot vaccum and it will not come off so beware if you own one! See the photos attached. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone. The fragrances aren’t that great smelling, either. I’ll be trying a different company.

I live in the mountains and have been inundated by deer mice sneaking into the house...I catch and release..so I bought balsamfir, soaked cotton balls with the oil and placed them around the house....no mice for a week now...it's good stuff!!!
