Great But Concerning

The timer works great initially, easy to program and set up, however I have found that the life expectancy of the timer is 2-3 years max before it fails. I my experience I have seen where everything appears to be operational but the timer does not open to release the water yet clock and program are correct. Fortunately Orbit Customer Service is excellent and the fully support and back their products.

Not sure if you did not receive my last email, but am compelled to write another. I had this same model # 56082 previous to this one. I have been very happy with it until I experienced a problem one day. I couldn't get it to reprogram so I called orbit customer service and spoke to a representative called Stephanie. She tried to help me reprogram it and it would not respond. She was very helpful and patient. She gave me a code to get a new one. I was so impressed in a day and age where there basically is no customer service. I feel it necessary to send this email so Orbit recognizes an employee like Stephanie. Because of her great handling of my situation I will continue to buy more Orbit products and recommend Orbit to others. I am anticipating the same satisfaction with this one as the past one.
