Excellent springy / bitty noodles made in Berlin! And the best part? Myconbini ships to expats in countries without any other source of fresh noodles with some kansui*, until now I had to order dry-iced frozen ramen. I might not order those in high summer but spring / fall and in between they will most definitely hold over a ~week long voyage. * E500/E501, those are not "haltbarmacher", the alcohol is but I wouldn't call that "zu viel"
