Extremely Moisturizing

I love how this scrub makes my skin moisturized and smooth as silk. I don’t have to rub on any additional oils or lotions after i get out of the shower. it also makes me feel more comfortable with wearing shorts and short sleeve tops. i bought two, one for myself and one for my mother for mother’s day. i use it sparingly, only once or twice per week goes a long way with my skin. I have one question, i have bought this scrub over the past years and did the formula change? i don’t remember it consisting of sugar, but it could have and my memory is failing me. either way, i still love it.

Order Cancelled and Not Notified Timely

I ordered two of these scrubs when they were “back in stock.” Waited two weeks, noticed it never shipped and contacted customer service who then cancelled my order and said it was not in stock. And that I was incorrectly notified that it was in stock (I signed up for texts to notify it was back in stock). These were purchased for Christmas gifts and because I wasn’t notified timely, I did not have a gift to give. Customer service then gave me ONE discount code to use (although I ordered two items). I then went to purchase something else and the discount code did not work. No products are worth poor customer service and the inconvenience caused by not having a website that can accurately portray what’s in stock
