Customer Service

My flor oscura deodorant came unusable. When I turn the bottom, nothing comes up. I emailed and called Prim, and no response. One star because the deodorant smells amazing. I have been using a butter knife to dig the deodorant out so that it’s not a complete waste. Really disappointed with the customer service.
