One star. Although I was issued a refund, the overall experience was incredibly frustrating. I purchased a grill worth over $1,000 that arrived dented due to poor handling during shipping. Instead of sending a replacement, the company unilaterally cancelled the sale after I returned the unit. The excuse they gave me was that they 'couldn't take the risk' of the carrier damaging it again. This makes no sense for a serious business; essentially, they left me without the product I wanted because they didn't want to take responsibility for their own logistics. If you are looking for a guaranteed solution when shipping issues arise, look for a different vendor.
