Lucerne dinner plates
We are not using the plates yet-we are trying to submit a claim for 2 slightly damaged plates and even though we have completed all four steps necessary, we are told the submission is unsuccessful And we have submitted details as requested to the “service . . . ” email and have received no acknowledgement of such The plates are beautiful though.
