Deliciously easy
If you've ever made mole sauce it's labor intensive, time consuming and not easy to find the authentic ingredients. The mole gods have answered our prayers! This is the real deal! I understand why Milkstreet can't keep it in stock. Treat yourself! Delicious!!

The Real Deal! Deep, dark, rich Mexican Mole
Reading the online description, I could tell this was the closest I would get at home to the fresh, dark, rich mole that Rick Bayless described at Mexican markets, sold by scooping into a cone of brown paper. I braised a whole cut-up chicken with onions and a few other things, then drained it and added the mole. I want to try the red too, but first we need to make another meal out of this jar.
