Thinner is Better

I ordered the thin style as the thicker one from my dentist made me drool too much. The thinner model is much more comfortable.

Excellent job working with a problematic customer.

This is not my first Encore guard. However, it's the first time I have been such a nut case with my order. :-) In spite of their excellent instructions, I did everything wrong, but in spite of my errors they managed to deliver a perfect product. Excellent fit and so comfortable that I forgot I was still wearing it until I went to breakfast. Wonderful customer support. Thank you Encore!
