Customer Service Needs Attention

I was really looking forward to using this company to purchase baking ingredients in bulk. My first order as a new customer, some items didn't come, including this item listed. Customer service doesn't have a phone number to call, email only. Response by email was super slow, taking 22 days to sort things out, and not including a personal name to reference, which I find unhelpful/shady. They did refund me for two items that I purchased and never received, but I personally found this solution to be are minimum. As a new customer and as someone who used a new customer discount code at checkout, I don't think a refund was the best solution because I now need to go back, and reorder the products missing on my own time, and I need to purchase without the discount code used. It's all pretty inconvenient and dissuaded me as a customer who lost trust in the brand.
