Organic Brown Flaxseed Meal

Great quality products.

It's much finer than I expected and my first use in flax muffins was a flop-the recipe said to use coarse ground flax and using an equal volume of this product resulted in golf balls. However, the gluten free flour mix I make calls for fine ground flax and I'll try it in that. I really wanted your golden flax meal but it wasn't available. I like Anthony's other gluten free products that I've tried.
