Premium Nylon Maul

Update: Received a response vert quickly via email. They insure me they do not have mice, and that the packaging must have been ripped open from the box on the inside. Either way, changing my review to 5-star, as they got back to me super quickly and the product itself looks very well made and solid. Very good weight (I got the 550g). Customer service wins me over every time :) Looking forward to more purchases with them. Previous review; Maul looks fantastic! I’m very excited to use it. Packaging, however, came looking sort of mousey - like the envelope had been chewed from the inside, most likely before the product even got put in the bag. Opened the bag and it confetti-poofed chewed packaging in my face. Sent them an email explaining packaging grossness - Waiting to hear back. 4-stars for the time being, as the product itself looks fine.
