Grillbot Lithium Rechargeable Battery

Ordered a replacement battery for my Grillbot and couldn't be happier. Shipping was lightning fast—had it in just a couple of days, well packaged and ready to go. The battery works flawlessly. My Grillbot is back to full power with impressive runtime between charges. Customer service really stood out too. I had a compatibility question before ordering and they responded quickly with friendly, helpful advice. Fast shipping, excellent support, and a quality product that performs perfectly. Highly recommend!

The devise wouldn't charge with the battery that was sent with it. Tried repeatedly to reach customer service with no response. I went ahead and spent the $40 for a new battery and now it works! The company should have provided battery. Awful customer service. Decent product

The parts came quickly. I was able to replace the rusty motors quickly. It would be nice if the battery came with the double sided tape as on the original. I ended up using some tape I had on hand. Also, I'd like to see the rubber bumpers offered as replacement parts. Thanks!
