We love the mount and seems very sturdy. The problem is with the remote. We cannot get the memory to work. We have called several times and cannot get through on the phone to customer service. They did respond with an email but what they recommended did not work. It does concern me with no access to customer service with any problems that might occur in the future

Easy set up, works perfectly.

This is the absolute coolest product I’ve ever bought!! So very easy to install, works perfectly and everyone loves it.
