43" Outdoor TV(Google TV) - 2026 Deck Pro 3.0

Product is fine thus far, customer service has been a nightmare to work with. First, the product arrived well after the quoted shipping date. Per Sylvox instruction I called and scheduled installation (I had to call 4 times to get an actual person on the phone, it would ring and send me to hold, then prompt me to leave a message after about 5 minutes). The day of the confirmed install came and nobody showed up. No call or notification that nobody would be there, they just never sent anyone. I called sylvox (this time I only had to call 3 times to get someone on the line) and they informed me that it was an error and they’d work to send someone ASAP. The installer arrived today and completed the job, but notified me that he is contracted through Angie’s list, which shocked me given it cost $250 for install. Best advice I can give is purchase the product through a retailer, not direct through Sylvox, and either install yourself or use an app like Angie’s List to save $ and time

Great outdoor TV

We are loving our Sylvox 43 inch partial sun tv. At night the picture is perfection. During the day you can see the screen good even though it's just partial sun not full. Its best to sit right in front, vs off to the side. Umbrellas help to block light. Fun family time outdoors. Great money spent!

Awesome Outdoor Tv

So far this is a great 43 inch outdoor tv but the soundbar was what made it great. We had a severe problem with the installation of mount/tv/ soundbar setup and end up redoing it and mostly ourselves but I appreciate the listening ears and compensation from Sylvox
