Kind of miserable experience, because The Bikesmiths got a tire with a slashed sidewall from THEIR supplier, didn't notice, and sent it to my shop. They replaced it plus the blown tube as soon as I reported the problem, so they did everything right. I finally have my summer bike back. I just wish I could have found my preferred tires locally.
