Another well-made comprehensive set by Stephen Whittier. In sparring I pulled off the leg grab while cross-stepping takedown after learning it from this instructional.

Basic Clinches

Some BJJ schools don’t train enough standup, takedowns from clinching. Recently we started clinching and takedowns for Pan / Dallas and once I saw this video available I bought it. Basic knowledge but effective and a must for your library. Highly recommend for all levels.

This was just what I needed to help with my takedowns. I am a blackbelt in Judo and only recently started no gi in jujitsu and this has helped me to modify my grips.
